Results of the Confiscation of Church Valuables. July 5, 1922

According to telegraphic information from the district Finance Departments there had been confiscated throughout the RSFSR by July 1st the following quantities of Church valuables: gold, 26 poods, 38 pounds, 8 zolotinks; silver, 21,137 poods, 11 pounds, 85 zolotinks; other metals, 84 poods, 10 pounds, 39 zolotinks; diamonds, 33,456 stones weighing 10 zolotinks and 1,313 karats; pearls, 5,486 pieces, 27 strings, weighing 10 pounds, 76 zolotinks and 100 karats; other precious stones, 72,383 pieces weighing 1 pood, 29 pounds. 59 zolotinks, or 344 karats; silver coin, 19,064 rubles; gold coin, 1,595 rubles; articles with precious stones, 49 poods, 24 pounds, 39 zolotinks.
