The Supreme Soviet of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, having heard the petition of the Plenipotentiary Commission of the People’s Assembly of the Western Ukraine, has resolved:
To grant the request of the People’s Assembly of the Western Ukraine and to admit the Western Ukraine to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, re-uniting it with the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic.
