Description: Scenes from the city of Petrograd during the convening and dissolution of the Constituent Assembly by the Bolsheviks. Agitation, rallies and demonstrations in favor of elections to the Constituent Assembly. Movement through the city of the armed detachment of the Latvian Riflemen, cannon in front of the Tauride Palace. A funeral procession for victims of the confrontation of the marchers with troops on January 5.
