I read about your victor over the dog-knights in Pravda. Very happy to hear about it. From the harsh shores of the Pacific Ocean I sent you my congratulations and a Red Navy greeting. I also dream about working under your direction.
Through me the Red Sailors of the Pacific Fleet send you, the heroes of cinema, a request -- make a film about our wonderful Red Navy. What a wonderful subject! We await you here in the East. You can make a film worthy of our might Navy.
