RESOLUTION:
Regarding mediation for the transfer of the Autonomous Region of Nagorno Karabakh (ARMK) from the Azerbaijani SSR to the Armenian SSR
After listening to and reviewing the statements of the people’s deputies of the Autonomous Region of Nagorno Karabakh Soviet “regarding the mediation of the USSR Supreme Soviet between the Azerbaijani SSR and Armenian SSR for the transfer of the Autonomous Region of Nagorno Karabakh from the Azerbaijani SSR to the Armenian SSR,” the special session of regional soviet of Nagorno Karabakh
RESOLVES,
Welcoming the wishes of the workers of the Autonomous Region of Nagorno Karabakh to request to supreme soviets of Azerbaijani and Armenian SSRs that they appreciate the deep aspirations of the Armenian population of Nagorno Karabakh and to transfer the Autonomous Region of Nagorno Karabakh from the Azerbaijani SSR to the Armenian SSR, at the same time to intercede with the Supreme Soviet of U.SSR to reach a positive resolution regarding the transfer of the region from the Azerbaijani SSR to the Armenian SSR
