Ukrainian National Anthem - Ще не вмерла Україна

Pavlo Chubynsky composed the poem in 1862; Mykhailo Verbytsky set it to music soon after. Banned under tsarist and then Soviet rule, the hymn surfaced openly at the 1989 Chervona Ruta festival and crowned Leonid Kravchuk's December 1991 presidential inauguration.
